One board, and the agents work off it

436 rows, 331 of them done. There isn't a second list, and that's the thing that makes it work.

As at 1 September 2026 the board carried 436 rows, 331 of them done and 105 still open. There is no second backlog anywhere.

Most teams end up with a tracker, a spreadsheet, a few docs and a chat thread, all describing the same work slightly differently. Then they spend real time reconciling them.

The board is one file. The agents read it, the roadmap page on this site renders it, and the reporting counts off it. When something moves, it moves once.

Every row says what it's waiting on

A row isn't just done or not done. It carries a status, a kind, an impact and a named blocker, and the blocker is the field that does the most work.

Plenty of rows are waiting on a founder decision or a spend decision. Naming that is what stops a queue quietly becoming an excuse. If a thing has been sitting for weeks, the board says who it's sitting with.

The counts on the roadmap page come straight off that file, so they move when the work moves, not when someone remembers to update a slide.
